You have to believe

Well, you have to believe. England have defeated Australia and some splendid efforts that made it possible but three have been standout

Liam Plunkett - Never thought I would say this, but he made a huge difference. Not only in the last match but ever since he got Gilchrist out first-ball in the preliminary round match to start the winning streak, he has delivered. Has been expensive but his two-wicket over after the first rain break in the Aussie innings, sealed their faith!

Andrew Flintoff - Just finding his feet with the bat but has been exceptional with the ball. And heck, he can be captain too - showing how much of this is a team game.

Paul Collingwood - How massive is this fella? If only his double-hundred had had been in a winning effort, England would have had a different summer. He had a slump but he regained his form and has helped England to leave Australia with a lot of faith. My player of the series.

What a great day! Now, till Wednesday for the third ODI between Lanka and India. My money is on Lanka =)
