The poms have done it. Finally, if only the Barmy Army had hung around at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. For eleven years, Australia had only lost once while batting first and yet, against all odds, England pulled out a magnificent win.
After the fantastic turnaround in the field led by Collingwood's stunning catch, England could not be stopped; not even after they were 15 for 3.
An unpredictable game and I saw this coming; think England can finish it off in the second. I still feel that the team composition is poor - Plunkett continues to be a weak link. However, for now, England would do well not push the Aussies hard, use the momentum and go to the World Cup with some confidence.
