I watched it; the cast is amazing and Forest Whitaker can never be praised enough for playing the role of a dictator who was charming, magnetic and murderous.

Well, obviously you have not watched the movie. And being sarcy without knowing the context - that takes some balls.
Watch it. I do not want to spoil it. IF you have the time, read about Idi Amin - on whom the movie is based on - on Wikipedia.
