In any case, the events over the past couple of days should not distract me - I mean, in the overall scheme of things, they matter little.

I misunderstood an individual; in fact, in a funny way, my initial judgment was correct! I simply ignored it and in fact, tuned out of it. I should not have done that since I am usually spot on with my initial judgments!
